Except for a few references to Mexican restaurants, I dont think I saw a single Mexican character during the whole show's run. In Texas? Seriously?

Yeah, someone said on Quora that there were small towns in East Texas that were predominantly white.

Now when I think about it, pastor Jeff's first wife Selina was Mexican.

They're really good swimmers according to NYC mayor Adams, so they must have all been at swim meets and didn't audition.
