Has its moments...
The setup is the standard "young adults/teens terrorized by weirdo family/villains" which has been around in one form or another since The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
There's an interesting twist early on, but after that things settle into a predictable groove.
The far-too-numerous jump scares start to get annoying.
The final third of the movie features mostly a LOT of screaming and running, more screaming, more running... There's little action beyond this. There's no creativity to the ending which is marked with some pretty bland directing.
