Has this case been used too much?

I'm not sure if it has, but it actually interested me because I remember hearing about the story but just barely. I'm pretty sure there was a tv movie about it though.

I've heard of a few TV Movies and there was one on Lifetime a few months ago; just seems like a "hot topic"

I stopped watching the series. Didn't feel like a Law & Order, more like American Crime Story, but I think that's what they were leading towards. The cops weren't much to follow, the subplots were boring, and felt more like it was taking place in the 70s/80s and not 90s, it was like that Aquarius show.

I watched the first two episodes and found them to be boring. Not really like Law & Order at all. I'm not going to watch anymore.

I think I'll skip since shows like this really aren't my things anyways, and from the reviews here it sounds boring.
