Absolutely stupid way to assassinate people. (spoilers)

So you possess someone, have them kill a target and then commit suicide. At face value it makes sense. It's a "clean" unexplained murder/suicide and nobody will ever know the true killer.

But then it gets way more complicated as the controlled assassin must first be kidnapped and have his skull drilled to put an implant in it. This leaves a lot of room for getting caught as someone or cameras could witness the kidnapping. The fresh scar from the surgery and the implant also remain on the murderer at the crime scene. Someone would eventually find out.

Not only that, but the possessor must also pretend to be the assassin for 2-3 days before the hit. Which leaves more chances to mess something up. If you fail at impersonating, you can end up not even meeting your target.

As if this wasn't complicated enough, you also have agents and plants on the field to keep an eye on the possessed assassin.

Surely any agency who has all those means and people could just as easily poison someone or shoot them the old fashion way. The kidnapping alone already defeats of the entire purpose of the "perfect assassination".
