The show ended without a proper series finale.

The producers decided to leave the show abruptly and the cast was upset at the network.

I thought it was the other way around, Bang and Yoong started calling the producers racist so they quit.

The producers wanted to move on from the show and that's when the actors Simu Liu and the actress who played the mother talked about how white the writer's room was and how the show lacked diversity behind the scenes. Weird how they stayed silent until the show ended.

Yeah, I just finished it today. It was still a fun ride though but thought the show had some more life in it.

MY PARTNERS PARENTS OWNED A STORE IN QUEENS NY....HER FATHER INSISTED THEY SPEAKONLY ENGLISH IN THE STORE....HE FELT IT MADE THEM "REAL AMERICAN COMMUNITY CENTER"
