Hey remember everything you know and love about Pokemon?

well welcome to Grime city!! where none of that exists or is true!!!

lol what was that? you had one job. give us a Pokemon world in live action. show us how trainers live. How Pokemon are part of their culture and life. so like show us how firemen have squirtles, police have growlithes etc.

we did get that, except these were just their "partners". so are they are being paid?

we keep getting hints of the Pokemon world we all know and love (like the posters)..

and yet this movie insists on saying "nope everything you know and love doesn't exist in this filM!!!!"

such a weird choice. literally all they had to do was make Pokemon origins into a live action...

And its absolutely great that we went away from the shitty "only works for a 5 year old" plotlines pokemon usually has and had a more seriuos take on the universe.

The whole point of this city was that there were no trainers, no balls, only trainers.

talking pikachu is serious?

its not "for 5 year olds" (how they played those Pokemon gameboy games I have no clue) because it had trainers and capturing. its other content. so teen titans has a show for little kids. but some of the titans movies are pg13 cause they have violence and gore.

In comparison to the previuos pokemon works - surely is. At least we have the boy magically understand him when he doesnt speak.

You must be really naive if you think the movie ratings ever mattered.
