S1 downer - SPOILERS
The death of Sid (Olivia Cooke) after only 3 episodes. She was nice eye candy, and the only likable character, IMO.
shareYou only heard that from Diana Taverner and she has no reputation whatsoever for truthfulness. If it suits her to have Sid deemed dead while using her as her own personal spy she would not hesitate to do so. There's also the massive foreshadowing from Roddy's research and his scene early in S2 with River. I expect Sid to appear in S2 (I'm only one episode into it), and as a fellow admirer of Olivia Cooke's beauty, I hope sooner than later.
shareI understand why you're saying that since it was a weird decision to have Olivia Cooke in a role that doesn't really go anywhere and then die off so quickly, but that scenario also wouldn't make sense. Taverner has plenty of people who will do whatever she wants that aren't clinging to life after getting shot in the head.
