HOnestly, I'm getting a bit sick and tired of seeing "pretty" actors/actresses, who have no flaws. In perfect physical shape. Especially the female cops. I don't see any pretty cops in my city 😃
As long as they can act, I don't care. Being pretty is just a bonus :)

Same with Timeless. That guy was gorgeous and I was able to get through a few episodes just by staring at him (and the plots were slightly interesting), but ultimately the acting was just laughable.
With Ransom, it was just boring. I only gave it 15 minutes since it doesn't look like anyone here is really wowed by it. Maybe it will improve, but for now, I am done.
I think CBS is bringing back Madam Secretary next week - and the Good Wife spinoff.

share"Pretty" is in the eye of the beholder and so is "too pretty". The actors are nice looking but I haven't seen anyone I'd call "too pretty" for the character being played.
That said, it's TV not real life. Good looking is usually a requirement.
I don't have a problem watching good looking people on TV. It's escapism. It's fantasy. It's entertainment. If I want average or "real" looking I'll go shopping or take a stroll around the neighborhood. Or, watch reality TV.
I don't trust people who don't like pets and I don't trust people who pets don't like.
TV is made for pretty. If you want to see something else, then sit in front of Wal-Mart and not in front of your TV.
