Was when he was a douchebag. I was fully expecting the film to pretend that women don't find those kinds of guys attractive and it would be a massive failure for him. So I was impressed when they subverted my expectations and were more honest.

She was more into the douchebag version of him than any of the others.

That's where the movie should have ended though.

Yep. nice bit of honesty.
It was unexpected. I thought he was going to give up and go back into the time machine thinking that approach wouldn't work.

That bit annoyed me because it's supposed to be 2017...yet he's dressed like a "F*** boy" from 1997. Who had had frosted highlights in the past 15 years? doesn't make any sense.
