Had me reaching for my ipad the whole time. Seems a long time since 1996 and being excited for anything with the RE brand. Now its a warning to stay well away.

This is the same set up and execution youve seen a million times before ending with the usual 'boss battle' and tropey cliff hanger.

Anyone know where Sheva Alomar was? Or was she killed off or stayed in Africa?

It's quite enjoyable, played it with an old buddy of mine on X360 cooperatively when it arrived years ago. Sheva was set to be the next Lara Croft, but she seems to have disappeared after that.

I haven't played Resident Evil in ages ( I think i played part 3 years ago) is this an adaptation of a later game?

It's pretty decent if you're looking for an over the top action movie with seriously impressive and highly detailed CG animation. It's a real sight on Blu-ray.
