Can anyone name other movies like this?

Some people say this movie is like the Korean world war Z, I can see that and I liked both. Does anyone have any similar movies to this they can recommend? I enjoyed it so much and am always looking for great zombie movies. Aside from the previously mentioned and the 28 days later series, dawn of the dead (aka movies everyone has seen already) can anyone think of any other edge of your seat fast moving zombie films like this?

Another good one if you guys havent seen it is Pontypool, if you like this film you will probably like that as well

This director also has another movie called Seoul Station, its an animation apparently. I cant find it anywhere but I figured Id mention it

LA HORDE. It's a french zombie film from a few years ago. Kinda action/horror

I've seen The Horde, I remember liking it, anyone reading should check it out if they havent seen it.

I recommend "I am a Hero" a Japanese film adaptation based on popular manga.
The director of Train to Busan claimed he took several elements from that manga/movie and it is very apparent.

This movie basically follows a similar formula as 70's Hollywood disaster films rolled with. In turn, they all have the same plot devices as below:

- business decision is the root of the problem (e.g. POSEIDON ADVENTURE, TOWERING INFERNO)

- tough guy with a heart-of-gold [who's also the voice-of-reason character] paired with a damsel in distress/high maintenance female [who appears initially to not be able to survive on her own]. Examples are POSEIDON ADVENTURE (Ernest Borgnine), TOWERING INFERNO (in this case, it would have been Fred Astaire (saving Jennifer Jones), even though he's not the "Tough guy" character; George Kennedy in AIRPORT 1975, etc.

- stereotypically evil or really misguided executive

- Older gentleman or female who sacrifices her/himself to save others, whether intentionally or incidentally

- attractive young female who is transformed into a heroic character, or is one of the last survivors.

- The adorable child, who will always be one of the survivors.

- The protagonist as a martyr.

- Marital/relationship problems and/or infidelity with one of the lead male characters.

If you can find it, the often overlooked UK mini series Dead Set is one of my favourite zombie movies .

And yes , they are running ;) .

I don't think you will find a better new zombie movie from Train to Busan but as people already said La Horde, Rec, Dead set especially are good.

Rammbock ( 2010 ) it's good but more of a drama and isolation at a condo/apartment building

Demons ( 1985 ) and Demons 2 : The Nightmare Returns ( 1986 ) are old but fun zombie movies

Rabid ( 1977 ) was also very good and serious movie from what i remember

Not a zombie flick, The Host aka Gwoemul shares many similar themes and plot points.
