I just watched the preview for this, and as a fan of both Star Trek and Seth MacFarlane, I'm looking forward to it. I read that it will air on Thursdays beginning in the fall, but has anyone heard what the debut date will be?

It says September 10 2017 on IMDB. Not sure how accurate that is though.

Seth MacFarlane's sci-fi comedy The Orville will premiere for the first time.

(Seems a little redundant to say "premiere for the first time")
