I don't know why people are hating so much but I'm enjoying this show. People are taking it way too seriously when it is clearly not that kind of show. It's a light hearted comedy and in that regard it's doing a good job in my opinion. I also enjoy the light romance between Hooten & Alex. For me, this show is a great chilled out thing I can just watch, laugh and enjoy. Will keep watching!

It's certainly light hearted but it is in no way comedy.
Where's the jokes?
It's simply drivel of the first order.
