Liked it but....[*spoilers*]

I get the feeling that it didn't do so hot ratings-wise. It hasn't been greenlighted yet for a 2nd series and that strongly gives me the feeling that it's not going to continue on.
The best thing about the show was the dynamic/ sexual tension between the two leads. Gave me strong David & Maddie vibe [Remember "Moonlighting" ? Anybody? Hullo??] So while it would have been a tremendous cliche to have her bolt from her wedding to be with Hooten OR had bust in to break up the nuptials with a big romantic declaration. Even though it would have been SO trite to do it that way it still would've been a very gratifying end to the show. I'm pretty sure that's it for the show and it's too bad they ended it with her married off to Edward when clearly they weren't meant to be
