For me it was the manger scene I don't know why I just thought that was hilarious it was reminiscent of the scene in Django Unchained when they were crying about the wife's mask but only this was way better question is what was the funniest scene you have in this movie

also when will farell says 'why would i pee upwards?!'
I kind of got tickled when Ferrell and Lithgow freaked out and showed so much horror, shock and astonishment to the thermostat being turned up by a child. The one time they act outraged and it was about that. Hilarious.
