Sounds like Boyhood again
what do you think
shareAbsolutely not, in any way.
shareplease explain
share"Boyhood" is an epic, decade-spanning bildungsroman about a middle-class boy and his family over the years. "The Florida Project" is an impressionistic slice-of-life chronicle about the disenfranchised residents of a budget motel. The subject matter is completely different, as are the films' respective styles and themes.
shareHow?
shareAre all films about children alike? I guess all superhero films are alike. All Star Wars movies are the same. Every scary movie is as scary as the next. What? No! This is nothing like Boyhood either. There isn't much light in this movie. The people are hard and so are the times.
shareIn terms of them both having little story, then yes. Other than that, nothing else is similar.
