Depends on your interest in the topic, I think. Some said it was BORING, others enjoyed. I watched over the weeks and it was interesting to me. Even more so if you've read that manifesto, that is free online
However, if they are (or were) to make more Manhunts, the premise of the show would be about serial killers and the hunt to detain them while telling us the back story.
