Oh i am sure the screenwriter thought it was such genius to bring in such logic to her lying to make a point. It was not needed. The lawyer could have made that same point by posing it as a hypothetical. What this idiot did was pretty much brand her and her friends as hookers in th eminds of many regardless of the case outcome. Besides she made the task of the attorney tougher because she never made the case that her friend was going to return the money to make it clear she "took back" consent(which made the job of the lawyer even tougher because now he has to assume that consent was given early on and now he has to prove that she ended consent when it would have been easier to just say she never gave consent.Just because the idiot girl Falak was fed up with it, she reacted emotionally like a fool.
