Lol at the extras walking past


While I like the attention to period detail and the superb set they have built to recreate Rillington Place, they let themselves down by continually showing people walking past the door of number 10 when a character arrives at or is leaving.

Where would these people be going to/coming from? Rillington Place is a dead end and number 10 is at the end. They also show cars and trucks "passing by" but that is equally ludicrous for the same reason (not that there were many cars seen in any back streets in London in those times).

I think this is what they call over-egging the pudding. They just can't help themselves.

Yes I noticed that.....one extra would have marched straight into the wall of the foundry next to the house!!! That's why Christie was known to the residents.It was a dead end with just ten houses either side.
