Why so many actors?
As I have read, four of the participants in the current series have appeared in other television shows. Have the producers of this show ever addressed this issue?

shareMy guess is that they likely knew even if it wasn't addressed on screen. Some shows favor people who have reality show experience even appearing on a talk show or game show can help.
"I'd rather lose for what I am than win for what I ain't"
Kacey Musgraves "Pageant Material"
Because reality shows aren't really reality.
shareIf the producers are not acknowledging the fact that four of their participants have acted before something seems wrong. At this point I am going to assume that the show is largely fake. Thanks for your responses.
shareToo bad during the last episode, they couldn't have some sort of viewer questions answered, from people's emails and calls, etc...questions and comments for the show's participants, the Sheriff and company, and the show's producers. IF they did what would your question have been? Mine would have been :
"I'd like to know why Tami stopped/retired from being a Law Enforcement Officer and went into 'loss prevention' AND if it was fair that she knew from the first day that Barbara was also in the program?"
Yeah they really should have. At least acknowledge the acting issue.
shareThey def. should have as IMHO it throws the credibility into question. Big time. If they are going to "act" like it is totally legit and helping the jail they really should have addressed why so many had TV experience. I get that producers would rather have people with camera experience, but that leads me to believe it is more bogus than I already know it is...if that makes sense. However, I know this is just an entertainment show at the end of the day.
shareI'm curious- what reality show was Robert on????

He is seriously mental! I live in Philly- if I run into him- I would run the other way!! Lol
shareSo what if a few of the participants are wanna-be actors. Doesn't mean they were acting on the show. The jail was their reality for two months. They did not need to act. They were living it.
