since when do inmates sit in front of a police car and other season 2 ?s

So, in two days, I watched all of season 1 and just started the second season. First impression from the second season is a simple one... since WHEN do inmates sit in front of a police car when they're being transported to jail? Wouldn't that look suspicious??

Secondly, did they all go in at the same time this season? wouldn't that raise suspicions that all the participants arrived at the same time and were a part of the documentary?

I am sure the police car "scenes" were recorded off premises.

And they seem to show the holding cells a lot more this season than last which makes the timelines a little fuzzy. There seems to be a lot of people coming and going in general.

Some went in staggered. The ones that went in to the hail in a group of two or three where being "transferred" from county jail due to overcrowding (that is why they had on an orange shirt and pants that said "_____ county jail" on the back on shirts and down one leg of the pants, before getting checked into the place that they are doing he sting. There are 4 people in the corrections department that know about this second set of "prisoners" (as opposed to only 2 knowing during the first round).
