IF Phase two is only two weeks after phase one... How come all of the inmates are different? I only started watching Phase 2, but I do not see any of the same inmates... It's seems unlikely every single one of the inmates was released within two weeks...

There are a Few inmates that i recognised.
MacKenzie, Brian (ex marine, gets beaten up), white guy with Mohawk, white guy with shoulder length black hair, stephanie, there's a light skinned black guy who i think was friends with Robert last season but not done much this season.
There's a few but i can't remember their names, sorry for my terrible descriptions
