The editing messes up the timeframe

Did anybody else catch this?
We all here understand and accept the fact that this is heavily edited, and most of us wouldn't expect otherwise. Of course we can all see that the jump cuts back and forth with the participants lack continuitity when it comes to things like their appearance. Their hair looking greasy, to the very next shot being clean and brushed, different hairstyles, the men being clean shaven one shot then full on Geico caveman the next...etc.
During the last episode, one of the title cards indicated that there was roughly two weeks left in the program, yet during one of Ashleigh's one-on-on where she is crying her eyes out talking about having the bug bite and being overly dramatic saying "what if I caught some horrible disease" (paraphrased, sorry) she clear as day said that she would be upset if she had to go home, also indicating she doesn't WANT to because then the last 3 weeks would have been for nothing. That would mean they are nowhere near the end of the program.
I was just wondering if others caught that specifically?

Yes I noticed the 3 weeks comment too and thought that's odd because isn't there only one episode left (or thereabouts)

I think there are probably two, maybe three more.
Another thing regarding them editing the timeframe to reflect the last few weeks is because of the new girl Demarius.
When we were introduced to her just this past week (I don't remember if they told us about her on this episode or if it will be next episode) we are to believe that there are only 2 weeks left (as mentioned in my OP) but her arrest was around Dec 18th. The first season ended right around Thanksgiving, and there was a two week gap I believe until they started filming season two. There is no way there are only two weeks left because the arrest happened mid Dec. It would be closer to mid Jan that she arrived if we go by their timeframe.
