Who honestly thought it would be a good idea to have these two people in their late 70's get fully nude for this role??? I, along with everyone in the theater, was completely uncomfortable as the scene seemed to last forever. It was like 10 damn minutes of wrinkles and moaning.

I don't remember that. And besides if he 15 in 1943, then he was born in 1927 or 1928 and so was not in his 70s. Was at least 80.

Agreed! If those Hollyweird types are afraid of Helen Mirren flashing a bit of deep purple, I think we need to seriously reevaluate whether we're going to let them continue making important decisions for us.

There is a sex scene in the flashback sequences but it is fully clothed and partially behind a screen.
