Great Make-up

I'm impressed with how realistic the makeup is for aging the characters. Each age group looks authentic. This is the first time I've seen it done without the actors looking like they're wearing makeup.

These makeup artists deserve an award for their work.

I agree.

I also think the casting director needs an Emmy. The kids look so realistically like their elder characters, and they've done a fantastic job mimicking some of their mannerisms. Other shows that have done dual-age-characters have been lazy about it, and just throw a kid in there and say "this is the younger version. Use your imagination". The TIU kids really do fit.

What?

She looked like a mummy in the season 3 or 4 finale.

This was nothing like last week.

Maybe they were fired or finally figured out how to do it right. I'm watching the recent episodes which show numerous cast members aged from middle-aged to elderly and it's impressive.

Of course it is. Because Rebecca no longer has a shrunken monkey face from 200 BC that was just dug up.

That was in 2nd or 3rd season finale. Everyone laughed at it and had a ship up roar about in Facebook.

So they went and re-filmed the scene.
