This makes me think this should be a prequel to OCP buying out the police force in Old Detroit in Robocop. It I know that this is meant to be totally different.
shareConsidering this is based on a guy in New Orleans who did all of this for his neighborhood in the French Quarter, perhaps he was inspired by Robocop to do it in the first place.
