Pleased that this show will not pursue the "Tech cures all problems" approach. There will be a cooperation between new tech and old-fashioned police work. They really need to digitize all those old records, though.

Slightly displeased that the drones' concussion bombs weren't employed against the thugs. Watching one of them flatten a getaway car would have been fun.

I was glad to see that right away they stressed that just tech alone is not the cure, but good old fashioned police work with the tech to back it up is going to be the formula for success.
