sharemajority of them are, but im sure the creators speak to team guys and intel guys off the record and get an idea. Its the same creators as Homeland and they do a pretty good job of getting the CIA right
shareif our SPECOPS are doing their job properly, not realistically close to actual missions... but within reason.
