Maybe I Switch On At The Wrong Time

I honestly switched it on and a Navy Seal was asking to inseminate his wife and the price. Got up to get a drink came back and the guy is jerking it on the couch to a video he accidently turns up the volume and his wife walks in. It's kinda of stupid the door isn't locked in a room especially for semen deposits in a medical facility. This was just so unnecessary and poorly acted and written I shut the thing off. Who created this crap freaking terrorists to humiliate our solders.

Is the rest as piss poorly acted and scripted?

No. Not the best scene to come in on for the series. This show shows their professional and personal lives. That's Joe 'Bear' Graves. We see, at the beginning before a flashforward, that his wife was pregnant with their daughter. When it flashforwards, we see that she lost it. He's still grieving but his wife wants another child and he wants to make her happy.

The doctors office, the money, the deeply personal questions just show the reality of dealing with infertility. The 'sample' was to see if Joe was the problem, which would freak most guys out.

As to the door, maybe Joe was so nervous he forgot to lock it. He was very uncomfortable with the whole situation, but was trying to please his wife.

I didn't need to see the masturbation scene but it wasn't a dealbreaker for me. I understood what they were trying to show about the strains in the different relationship of the men.
