What's with the voice overdubbing in this show?

So many times in the show it looks like their mouths are saying something totally different than what's being said. It's very noticeable & distracting.

The show is filmed in Japan.

So many times in the show it looks like their mouths are saying something totally different than what's being said.

In an effort to save time, all the characters lines are simply "Blah, blah, blah..." That way, the producers can change the story at a moment's notice.
