British Royal Marine Commandos. History stretching back 350 years though most notable from WW2, Falklands War and recently in Afghanistan.
also Dutch Marines. Small unit of a few thousand but quite professional.
SAS, Spetznaz, Israeli commandos more known and proven in field, never heard of the Dutch having elite SF
I do know after the failed Iran mission where 2 birds
Went down,much of the Navy SOF modeled their training and protocols after the SAS
Today with exception of the water The Regiment is on par with the world's best operators and train with our top tier elite forces.
