How illegal was it for the lawyer to suggest that the baby be 'found' anonymously at the church?
If the 'bar association' or other lawyers learned that the lawyer set this up - would he be disbarred, or what punishment would he receive?
Would he be guilty of obstruction? Conspiracy?
Only four conspirators know of the 'solution'. None would find beneficial to report to authorities; the child will feel the negative consequences.

It's kind of like How to get away with murder. Practically everyone has very shady morals. That DA listening on the confidential talk between lawyer and suspect? Oh my God! I love this show. :):)
Did he actually suggest that or did you assume he did because he said that if she just got him back she & the woman who helped her could be in trouble and then all of the sudden the baby was found at the church?
