I wish they'd tell us more how they're feeling throughout the lockdown.

lol I'm not sure if you are serious or being sarcastic as they mention it a lot. In fact it is kind of annoying as they are choosing to do this.

Also, when you get tired you become paranoid and so I think it effects their investigations as well, every creak or bump becomes a demon due to being so tired.

Sometimes a movie or tv show plot is so stupid that only the stupid can understand it.

I'm sure they are. Just a 12 hour overnight investigation takes me at least a day to recover from. I'm not sure how they do 72 hours to be honest.

I think they sleep a lot longer than what they are claiming to do.

Very possible. But even if I get 6-8 hours of sleep after an investigation, my body is still recovering from the sleep deprivation.

Have to agree with you Shack,most people including me that do investigate places like this would be drained because you're whole body and mind are prepared for anything,even adrealine comes to aspect in this ,so yes you do feel exhausted after investigating even after a few hours,but then again people are different i'd love to see,lets say a buddhist monk with a tranquil mind do an investigation like this,who knows maybe he would feel different...
