shareAgreed. Love the way she and Nick appear to be equals, though everyone knows this is Nicks show. I mean no disservice to Katrina who I've long admired as the most promising on PS. She holds her own. I'm comparing to GA where it's understood from the opening credits that this is Zaks show and he allowed Nick and Aaron to accompany him. Loved the opening intro and especially the music - very well done. Watching GA tonight it appears so bland next to PL. Think ghost hunting shows are with us for a while and glad to see they've improved. About the 72 hours straight - I don't see where they can't take breaks for 8 hours of sleep. I do think the extended time provides more evidence but it can be obtained without wrecking their health by no rest for 3 days. Spend 3 days but take the sleep breaks please...
shareI was somewhat skeptical that Katrina was going to be on the show since her previous paranormal show was just awful IMHO. But she's very competent and intelligent (and probably twice as brave as douche Bagans) and not just "a pretty face". Overall, very impressed with the first couple of episodes.
shareFrom the episode I saw, they did try to get sleep. You have to take into account that they're in a strange place with absolutely no heat. It probably smells unusual with the odd noise in the dark here and there. Then you add the prospect/expectation of it being haunted leaving them excited and/or on edge. Most people who weren't exhausted would find it difficult to relax enough to sleep well.
