monroe house question
Did they bring in the Police chief(Mike King, the real Chief in Shepardstown WV btw) from the Ghosts of Shepardstown when they were digging under the house? It sure looked like him?

So they partially uncover what looks like the cap of a human skull but never really verify/show if it was a human skull. Like uncover more of it! They deceive the viewer to arrive at a conclusion of nefarious activity. I want to like the show but some of the stuff is so obviously scripted. Plus a lot of the evidence is so subjective based upon Nick/Katrina's feeling or opinions.
shareIt's a darn good thing they didn't dig up anymore of the remains. It is a potential crime scene and they could be in a lot of trouble for disturbing it any further. It's a police matter, at least until they have investigated it to determine if a crime was committed. That's not to say that the show is either real or fake, just that they can't be slammed for not digging further.
shareGood point.
And the owner of course had found remains in there, and instead of calling the cops instantly he called Nick and Katrina to fly back and have a first look at it before the cops.
It just doesn't add up.

There was no police in the Monroe House episode, the other guy who was there was the owner of the house.
There was a supposed security guard or something they stumbled across when the supposed spiritual earthquake was happening 20 minutes prior to the findings validating that the ground was indeed moving, but they didn't wait for the police to come to validate that they indeed found the bones and that there would be a criminal investigation going on afterwards. Which is kind of bizarre.
There is also no non-paranormal website that have written about the human remains being found, you imagine that at least the local press would write about something like that.
So in conclusion taking all this to account it sure looks like it all was staged.
The owner of the house got some great P.R. from the tv episode and has paranormal investigators fighting over the chance of investigating the place next (for a nice fee of course).
I like the show but I think it's a shame that there seemingly doesn't exist a single paranormal tv show that is 100% real, and even faking just a little bit questions the authenticity of every single "proof" that comes into play.

The crawlspace with Nick freaking out had me in ribbons. What a good laugh.
