Bush by waiting for him in the waters off the island of Chichi Jima when his torpedo plane gets shot down on September 2, 1944 and he loses his two crewmen. After he bails out and starts floating in his life raft, I'd just swim up to him and tell him, "You're going to attend Emperor Hirohito's funeral. And the reason you're going to do that is because you're going to be President of the United States. And then a few years after that, your oldest son is going to be President of the United States!"
