Lucy/Garcia notebook at end of pilot episode (spoilers??)

Anyone else pause near the end when Garcia is reading the notebook that contains Lucy's handwriting?

Here is what I was able to make out:

Left Page:

... vided
... to land on
... had four legs,
... area for experi-
... al gear. It also served
... a launch platform for
the ascent module when
it came time to leave. The
ascent module carried the
crew back to the Command
Service Module
To be able to
walk on the
moon the men
needed to wear
space suits with
back mounted,
portable life
support systems
This also controlled

Right Page:

...
...
...
surface ...
rock samples ...
to earth. An American ...
was planted on the moon ...
as a reminder of the accom- ...
plishment.

Sticker with text:

THAT'S ONE SMALL
STEP FOR MAN
AND ONE GIANT LEAP
FOR MANKIND

Then below the sticker there is a pencilled in drawing of what I can only assume is supposed to be the American flag...BUT...it has some BIG differences.
- There is only 28 stars (4 rows of 7 stars each)
- There are only 10 (maybe 11) stripes

I'm Canadian so I'm not quite sure if I'm right about my opinion here on the American flag but I always thought there was supposed to be 50 stars to represent the 50 states. Also, I thought the stripes had something to do with how many states there were originally that declared independence from Britain...which was 13...I think.

Is this just further consequences appearing in the present because of the manipulation of the timeline? Wouldn't that flag now indicate there are only 28 states in the USA? What states wouldn't have joined the union, and what would they be now? Apart of Canada or Mexico? A separate country unto itself?

Finally, if that is Lucy's handwriting in the notebook and it has to do with the moon landing, what the hell is going on? lol
According to iMDB, only 6 episodes have been made and none of the synopsis on them have anything to do with the space race. Just how far have the writers planned for this series??!!

I'm pretty excited...Timeless is off to a great start and if the writers are really thinking plots this far ahead...it's gonna be awesome!!!

On the right side of that notebook there is a sign that is folded in half. When Garcia flips to the page that has the text about landing on the moon which I elaborated on in my previous post in this thread, he first has to bend that sign up to reveal some of the notebook page.

I didn't realize until after I completed my previous post that if I looked closely enough I could figure out the words on each side of that sign as Garcia lifts it. I finally figured it out and all it says is:

A Woman Living Here Has Registered To Vote.

A quick search indicates this has something to do with Woman's Suffrage, circa 1920, and Grand Rapids MI.
