shareThe first 5 seasons of Stargate: SG1 were on Showtime before moving to Syfy. There were also a couple of spinoffs (Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe) as well as several standalone movies. Timeless has a lot to live up to if they want to be considered in the same category as the Stargate franchise. I think they are planning an updated reboot of the original movie.

Timeless is either a rip-off or copy/reboot of a SyFy pilot called Rewind that they chose not to make into a series. Right down to the make up of the crew.

No, I'm pretty sure no one remembers the franchise that has, what, 3 movies, 10 seasons and like 3 spin-offs. Not a single person. Even when I look at the complete series on my shelf I don't remember it.
