From the trivia section:
"It's been acused of plagiarizing the awarded spanish TV show "El Ministerio del Tiempo" (Ministry of Time), which has also three main characters, two males and one female, tasked with stopping villains that try to change history through time travelling. Indeed, NBC has been sued for this matter."
Or they could be accused of plagiarizing EVERY time travel movie/show ever.
There's probably more coincidental evidence than that, like replacing one major event for an American one, very similar scene structuring and plot developments. Honestly would not be surprised if it was either an exact copy of the other show or has been heavily influenced by it.
