Was Lucy still a professor in her "new" life? I can't remember if we saw her teaching after Amy died.

No She quit I think. Her main concern was getting her sister back.

She's not currently teaching, but she didn't quit either. DHS gave her a cover that she was working on the secret project for Mason and she was on a leave of absence.
