I am a little confused about what happened with Allison. Was she kidnapped by Tom? Or was she playing Jean and lying to her about her situation? When Allison was in Jean's apartment someone tried to open the door, then the next scene she finds the tapes and leaves but still calls Jean for help?

I am also confused about Alexa, did she do what she did because she was in love with Michael or just messing with him? Because when he actually decided to do something she wasn't interested?

Great show, bummer there won't be another season.

Good questions..There were more unanswered questions in the finale too. It felt rushed. Like how did Sidney find the written story by Alexis..? How did she find Michaels office?

I don't think those are mutually exclusive: she apparently was lying about some major details but could still have have been a crime victim. Tom could very well have been lying when he told Jean he was "an asshole but not a kidnapper." From what I could make out, Allison was lying bound in the back seat of his vehicle.
