There are tons of hot male atheletes, does that mean they can't possibly play well? Who cares if she's hot? Now if you don't think the actress does a good enough job portraying a realistic female baseball player at major league level, then that is a legitimate criticism but it should not be about her looks.

Maybe if you has a well thought argument we would take your point seriously. Frankly its childish to think that because you are attractive you can't be taken seriously as a ball player. Please grow up
shareI agree, there are plenty of really attractive female athletes.
However, I do have a problem with her being so small. There are no 110-120 pound men playing in the major leagues, so why should we believe that a woman that size could do it? They should have found someone who is built like Jenny Finch or Gabby Reece to play the role. They are both over 6' tall and around 160-170 pounds. I could buy a woman like that possibly competing. But little 5'7" 115 pound Kylie Bunbury? Not bloody likely.
She should look more like those women who do the shot put, discus and hammer throws
