... since I just have too much to watch these days and the show hadn't really "wowed" me. Then I watched the last 2 episodes. Now I'm hooked. I really like the actors they're using. Who's the kid who's assisting Mark Conselos's character? VERY familiar to me. Can't find his name on IMDb's cast list, but I do remember Mark called him "the ___ I like now." Jesse? Something like that. I think that guy starred in his own series at some point.

Anyway - especially after Ginny's big PR screw-ups, I'm interesting in following this story. Hope the show doesn't get cancelled (but it probably will, with my luck).

That was Josh Peck. You probably remember him from the kid's show "Drake and Josh."

but I do remember Mark called him "the ___ I like now."

"the Ross I like now" Earlier in the episode, Oscar asked Rhonda to get Ross to go with him when he had to go to the dentist. She asked "First name Ross or last name Ross?" as apparently there were two guys named Ross working there. Oscar looked confused and replied "The Ross I like." He got Josh Peck, who initially turned out to be the wrong one. Eventually he proved to be very helpful, though, and became "The Ross I like now."

Yeah, I liked that "the Ross I like now" line; gave me a chuckle. That is a cute kid. Didn't watch "Drake and Josh" but I believe he was more recently in that John Stamos comedy, wasn't he? Played Stamos's son. Thanks for the name!

Yes, he was recently in "Grandfathered" with John Stamos.

so was the black female assistant. I thought it was real cute after the "ross I like now" line when she looked at Peck's character and gave a big smirk. It kind of was a throwback feeling to Grandfathered.
