I'm sure the baseball purists liked the mention of Ginny's "lollipop fastball".
shareThese two cannot hook up, at least while they are teammates. The whole premise that a woman in the league in would lead to them sleeping together, even if he were the coach, just demeans the effect a woman would have on the team. She has a hard enough time fitting in and then to have them sleep together would just ruin all of the progress she has made. I love the chemistry between them and my romantic side would love to see them together but it absolutely cannot happen.

shareTo make it work, they have to do the romantic angle just like Remington Steele and Laura Holt or Rick Castle and Kate Beckett. They get really close like they did in last week's episode - but NEVER quite connect.
When I saw the almost kiss, I immediately thought of a portion of Laura Holt's opening monologue - "We never mix business with plerasure - well almost never".
Also, Mike's obviously still in love with his ab out to be ex wife. I want to see im start trying to win her back.
