I have seen and enjoyed many B movies in the past this was way below that and was unwatchable. I think we have a strong contender for the worst movie of 2017 already and possibly all time.
exactly.. it wasnt witty, it wasnt neat, it wasnt subversive, it wasnt original. it was sheer garbage that ripped off other far better movies only did these things worse.
the arguement "well he has always done B movies" gives him a carte blanche and means no one can ever criticize a film because it is "meant to be like that"

I agree and wasn't expecting Oscar material when I chose this as a rental but it has to be up there as one of the worst on my list after my attempt at watching the movie.
Yes, it is a B-movie but when I had to fast forward over half of the movie and got sick and tired of the cheesy fake in-car shots, cheap looking special effects (yes, it is a B-movie but they could have done better, look at others) and those awful visuals then that proves to me it is total junk and not good junk either. Death Race 2000 did it all better and that was made in the 1970s.
