I hope they give it a chance to find its footing. I would love to see it continue.

No.. I just have a lot of feelings..

It seems like you may not have gotten a lot of the jokes on Community.

Ditto.

I don't get this comment.

The OP posted a funny reference and the two jokes were very fitting.

It was an absolute mess.

I agree though on the opposite point. On Community the social media users and "geeks" would be sort of embraced with the narrative of the show, and here they're the joke.

CBS had a good step forward bringing in Kevin James, Matt LeBlanc and Joel McHale for shows this year, but none of them have really panned out how you hoped.

it is the writers' fault...they are always to blame...always...

It's like an episode of Community where Jeff Winger dreams he's trapped in a crappy sitcom.

reply

You nailed it.
It's the bloody laugh track that makes this unwatchable; the show itself is actually pretty decent so far. What this show needs is someone to edit out the canned laughter (and the idiotic ways the actors pause to allow laughter to be inserted), and stick the result on the Pirate Bay. Maybe that way they'll get the message.

That's the way I've been watching the show, and it's actually pretty funny when viewed through that prism.
