I was wondering that too just now. The following, though not a well-founded function guaranteed to eventually return a value, worked:
Freezed frame on a segment intro of the pub. Street signs said Milwaukee Av and Halsted Av. Googled them, and both were in Chicago. Curiosity aroused, went to Google Maps and typed "milwaukee av and halsted av, chicago" without quotes. Bingo. Not only are they both in Chicago, but it's a real intersection, not just 2 streets nowhere near each other. Tapped on the pic of the intersection and went to Street View. Did a 2-finger swipe to turn around 180° and there it was, the shot in the intro to the sebment.
Long story short, Eddie's is actually Emmit's Irish Pub.
Damn near dead center of Chicago, not too far from where the skyscrapers are.
