Didn't the same character say a few episodes ago that she hasn't gotten a raise in 6 to 8 months?!

No, she hadn't been promoted in 8 months.

Correction: She had been there 8 weeks and was complaining she had been past over for a promotion.

No she said weeks... but even if it was months, it still doesn't mean she deserves a raise. Smh this new generation doesn't understand how work life works
