I loved this pilot, and it left me wanting to know so much more about the characters. I am anxiously awaiting more episodes.

shareI have to say the synopsis did jut out at me in the pilot with both of them falling for the laid-back too-cool-for-words intelligent 'all man' unfiltered protagonist, Dick.
And what is there to look forward to? A couple's relationship being 'tested' with fantasy desires written and then acted out? It would have to be much more than that.
He's still grieving for his wife so would only cause tension but after their innuendo 'first meeting' it seems he's come to a place where he's frustrated enough to possibly act on it now, but with a married woman he realized is underestimating herself?
To be honest, it peaked my interested, past the cliched NYC 'Woody Allen' type jive introduction to a shift in the landscape to the wild west and felt the last scene was exceptional in that there weren't any 'wildlife' drinking from his pool, but I would have hit Next to watch more. It gets my vote.
