Especially when you consider the original was made for 1 million and how much that is in today's dollars.

Obviously it's another film rights last minute scramble like Revelations but it could be decent. If the original was made now, it could be done even cheaper than 1 million because tech is far cheaper. They need a couple of decent actors willing to work for scale then it could genuinely be good.

Yeah, I have zero hope for this film. Maybe it'll be a pleasant surprise, but I doubt it. Tunnicliffe was a strange choice to have direct after his screenplay for 'Revelations' was so poor.
